Each crystal piece undergoes an individual cleansing and energetic resetting process before shipment.
This ritual ensures that your jewelry arrives clear, balanced, and aligned with its new owner.

(This includes selection, purification, energetic resetting, and careful packaging)

Please note that processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume and the specific crystal selected.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has completed its preparation process, it will be shipped using your selected method:

• Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 7–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout do not include processing time.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $59 USD
• Applies to deliveries within the United States only

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, returns, or failed delivery.
serenith is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect address information.

For international shipments, if a package is returned as “Return to Sender” due to unsuccessful delivery, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost Packages

We work exclusively with trusted shipping partners, but in rare cases, packages may be lost in transit.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will gladly offer a replacement order.
