Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
2) Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags).
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g., engraving, made-to-order sizes) is not returnable unless it arrives defective or damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
3) Return Costs
- Non-defective returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect item: Serenith Jewelry covers return shipping or provides a free replacement.
4) How to Start a Return
- Email info@serenithjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos (if defective).
- Wait for our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack items securely; use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt.
5) Refund Method & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6) Exchanges
Size or style exchanges are available (subject to stock). Custom or personalized items can only be exchanged if defective.
7) Non-returnable Items
- Customized/personalized jewelry, engraved pieces, made-to-order sizes
- Gift cards, final-sale items, worn earrings (unless defective)
- Items missing packaging or showing wear/damage not caused by shipping
8) Return Address
Please contact info@serenithjewelry.com to receive the return address and instructions. Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.
